Fairport Harbor Creamery was the vision of part-time residents, Brian and Karen Volzer. Their vision to restore a turn-of-the-century building, all while bettering a community they love, came to life with the creation of this Creamery.
All ice cream and most components of the ice cream are made in house, and all bakery and desserts are made from scratch. Our goals are to provide you with creative ice cream options that are packed with flavor, fresh baked goods that will linger in your mind all day, all while supporting a town on the edge of beautiful Lake Erie.
One of our favorite features is that we have our full liquor, wine and beer license - and we love serving creative treats with a boozy twist. Some of our staple boozy ice cream options have the alcohol infused into the ice cream when making it, while other seasonal options will get a shot, beer, wine, or even a hard seltzer poured over it.
Last year we added our building next door into the mix.📍206 now has a 9 hole mini golf course, and an inside building with fresh Boylan sodas from our old fashioned soda tap (originally found in Sweet Moses, downtown CLE, before they closed and sold us their items). We also feature shaken lemonades and a fridge full of goodies for grab & go beverage options to pair with the DORA in Fairport Harbor. Since our liquor license extends across both buildings, you can spike a soda or shaken lemonade and putt with an added handicap if you choose!

We offer a daily mix of house made cookies & brownies year round, which allows for us to create some fun items — ice cream sandwiches, brownie sundaes, etc. OFF SEASON: we usually add cakes, muffins, scones & cheesecakes to the mix, time permitting!

9” round cake - $60+ (serves 10-15)
A house made cake layer (choose from our seasonal options) + a mixture of our house oreo dirt & fudge + any ice cream flavor. Covered in a fresh whipped cream, decorated to your liking with buttercream and/or flavor-complimenting toppings
13”x18” rectangle cake - $90+ (serves 20-36)
Same as above, just more cake and ice cream!

RENT OUR CREAMERY COOLER!
Can’t fit your crew in our space, or want the ice cream at your place? Rent our branded cooler!
A great option for casual, indoor / outdoor gatherings. Pick up our cooler full of pre-scooped ice cream, and enjoy at your picnic, at your event, on your boat, at the beach — wherever!
COST:
$25 cooler rental fee (Have your own cooler? We will happily fill that - but no guarantees on how long the ice cream will last)
$5 per single scoop
To reserve your desired date & time, you will be charged $100. 7 days before your event, you will pay the rest of the bill.
If you cancel within 7 days of your event & after you’ve paid your total bill - the $100 deposit will NOT be refunded
DETAILS:
minimum order of 30 single scoops required, holds up to 95 single scoop cups with lids (spoons & napkins included!)
Choose up to 4 flavors from our staple menu, we’ll give you an even mix of your choices (or tell us specifically what you want!): Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, PB Oreo, Cookies & Cream, Banana Cream Pie, Cookie Dough, Salted Caramel, Butter Pecan, Mint Chip
Keeps ice cream cold for 2.5 - 3 hours (2.5hrs for 30 scoops, 3hrs for 50+ scoops)
Boozy ice cream is not available due to it’s lower melting point
Must be able to return cooler to our shop by 10AM the following day so we can get it ready for the next person! If you do not return on time — you will be charged for the cooler at our cost
If any damages occur to cooler during your event, you will be charged for the cooler at our cost.

Advanced notice required, not all flavors are available for purchase. The busier we are the shop (summer) , the more advanced notice we would need!
